We are conveniently located in the coastal neighborhood of Seabright, in Santa Cruz, California. Also called Midtown, Seabright resides along Soquel Avenue near Seabright Beach. Our neighborhood is known for its trendy locally owned shops and cafes, and its iconic beach homes with painted wooden decks. Nearby, Downtown Santa Cruz is filled with chic restaurants, shops, bars and theaters. Here, you’ll find the Santa Cruz Museum of Art and History, and the NExtSpace and Cruzioworks co-working spaces in downtown Santa Cruz.

The Boardwalk and Beach Hill are just a stone’s throw away. Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, built in 1907, is one of the only two existing coastal amusements parks on the West Coast. Across from the Boardwalk is Beach Hill, a neighborhood filled with charming Victorian-style houses and condos.
