Your friendly, furry friend (up to 25 pounds) is welcome at la Posada.
Is la Posada a HUD/Section 8 property?
La Posada offers both market-rate and HUD (Section 8) units.
What are the apartments like?
We offer studio and 1 bedroom apartments, each with a kitchenette and private bath. Many units enjoy a balcony or garden view.
Do you have a dining room?
La Posada has a lovely, formal dining room where our residents enjoy fine meals and exciting entertainment!
Are meals included?
Chef and his staff offer two nutritous and appetizing meals daily, including a continental breakfast and dinner.
Do you have a swimming pool?
Our swimming pool and spa are maintained year-round for the enjoyment of our residents. However, please note there may be use restrictions during the current COVID-19 pandemic. The safety of our residents and staff is of the utmost concern, and we do abide by any and all government mandates.
Is transportation service available?
Our chauffeured van is standing by to deliver you safely to your medical appointments, shopping sprees, and other outings. Additionally, we offer scheduled daily trips to various locales.
Is housekeeping available?
Weekly housekeeping is included, at no additional charge, for every La Posada resident.
Is there staff available at night?
The front desk is staffed 24/7.
What types of activities are available?
Where to start…there are so many! Are you a gardener? Ask about reserving your very own raised bed garden plot. We have Bingo, crafts, exercise classes, movie nights, and so much more. We have social groups according to different interests, created and managed by our residents. The sky is the limit (with a few temporary exceptions during COVID-19).
