At 10:00 AM, almost every Monday through Saturday, many of our residents enjoy morning workouts in the Activities Room, with either live or videotaped instruction. Start your day with a variety of workouts, which can include stretching, strength training, and breathing techniques.
After a brief warmup, we’ll explore various physical exercises that can be modified to your ability level. Whether you are a fitness fanatic or you haven’t worked out in years, this class is for you. You can choose a weight you’re comfortable with, and we’ll get started!
